The NPTF is a funding mechanism to support Nepal´s peace process after the Comprehensive Peace Accord in 2006. NPTF´s representatives belong to the Ministry of Peace, the Ministry of Finance, the largest parties in the Constituent Assembly and several bilateral donors.

With the first Joint Financing Arrangement (JFA) the NPTF could operate from 2007 until 2010. A new JFA was signed in 2010, thus providing a certain legal timeframe until 2013, NPTF´s 2nd phase.

This website provides information on NPTF´s Governance Structure, its Strategic Documents, all NPTF funded projects and the procedures of a project approval. All reports on Monitoring and Evaluation can be downloaded too. The gallery contains pictures of the PFS-team, recent field visits and workshos or other NPTF events.
